Glenlivet didn't intentionally plan this genius marketing, but a lot of people have taken their limited-time whiskey cocktail capsules and turned them into "edible tide pods." These capsules are made of seaweed, so it's totally fine to eat. Wrapped inside are various cocktail "shooters" with whiskey.
The capsules or "edible Tide pods" are only available until October 13th as part of London's Cocktail Week, so yes, unfortunately, these little juicers are only available in the UK, but not a bad concept for marketing.
Nonetheless, even if you don't like whiskey, the video is fun to watch just based on the Scottish accent alone.
