I'm originally from Buffalo, NY, aka "The City of Good Neighbors", so I am used to living in an area where people are overly nice. Before moving to Wisconsin, I wasn't sure what to think since I hadn't been here before. However, my first weekend visiting was awesome, and the Milwaukee area reminded me a TON of Buffalo. It made me heart so happy!
Wallet Hub has released a list of the most charitable states, and I wasn't surprised to see Wisconsin come in at #10. You guys are AWESOME!
