My Make It Through Monday moment is all about something positive and uplifting to help you get through the Monday afternoon slump and the story I have for you today should do just that. As part of Revitalize Milwaukee Block Build MKE, construction crews and volunteers are providing FREE home repairs at 23 qualifying homes in the Lindsay Heights neighborhood which is near North 15th and Lloyd streets in Milwaukee. They're doing everything from kitchen remodels, porches, bathrooms, plumbing, electrical and more. According to an article posted at WISN.com, with donated time, money and supplies, the organization will provide $300,000 worth of renovations within 48 hours.
