You don't often hear of too many people not liking bacon. It's delicious but can be a pain to cook. I personally like my bacon crunchy and I cook it in the microwave. It you haven't tried that you should. It's way better than on the stove and less messy. It also cooks faster than in the oven. The only problem is you can only cook a little at a time. If you're looking to make larger batches of bacon People reports that someone has come up with a new way to bake bacon and that's by twisting it. Instead of laying it flat you twist each piece vertically making it into a swizzle stick. Apparently the result is the perfect combination of crispy and chewy. They recommend baking it but I think I can fit more on the plate in the microwave if I twist it so I'm definitely going to give this a try! You can read more on this from The Takeout at msn.com.
