If your first thought was "noooo what about my Kohl's cash?!?" no need to panic as it's not going anywhere! The new free program is called Kohl's Rewards and it still offers Kohl's Cash including 5% Kohl's Cash on every purchase. According to Kohl's chief marketing officer, Greg Revelle, they've eliminated points as part of Kohl's Rewards and changed our currency into Kohl's Cash so that will make it much easier for customers to understand what they're earning, what they have available and how to redeem it." Kohl's Rewards basically replaced the Yes2You loyalty program that was a points based system and if you had that program you'll be automatically transitioned over to the new system.
