Dryer sheets in your laundry may be doing more harm than good

I know dryer sheets make your laundry feel so soft and smell so good but in reality they may be doing more harm than good. In an article posted at WISN.com, The Environmental Working Group's senior research and database analyst commented that dryer sheets contain potentially harmful chemicals that at the very least have been known to cause and/or worsen asthma and skin irritations but are also linked to more serious long-term conditions like cancer and reproductive issues. If you're like me this is hard information to process as you've been using dryer sheets since forever and genuinely like them but I have heard this about them on more than one occasion. Even when they're marked "green" it doesn't necessarily mean they're free of dangerous chemicals.

One thing that really grabbed my attention is the fact that the coating on dryer sheets can take away the wicking abilities on activewear. Ladies I'm sure you've noticed workout pants seems to be getting thinner and thinner and that's the last thing I need to become more see through! Many of my activewear pants say right on the tag to not use fabric softener. So what are we supposed to use instead though because I can't stand "crunchy" jeans or smelly workout clothes? Dryer balls are a great option so find out how they work by visiting WISN.com. I'd be lying if I didn't admit I got sucked into Norwex in the past, I mean how can you not when they do the chicken test, so maybe I'll start using those Norwex dryer balls I bought forever ago that just got stuffed into a closet.
