It's always fun to get together with my family during the holidays because I don't get to see them as much as I'd like to. Especially since my nieces are growing up so fast, it's always fun to see what new words or phrases they've learned. For instance, I spent Easter Sunday having arm-wrestling matches with a five-year old and hearing the two-year old say, "Mommy's going down" in the egg hunt. You can't make this stuff up!
Our Easter wasn't anything crazy, but it's always fun to see my nieces do the egg hunt and find their Easter baskets. Not to mention, my dad got one of those new "flat top griddles" that he was super excited to cook with. Let's just say it made cooking and cleaning a heck of a lot easier!
