Girls' Day at City Hall

11th Annual Girls’ Day @ City Hall VIRTUAL EDITION

A day designed to help expose young women of high school and middle school age to potential careers in public service and strong leadership roles.

The annual effort to help inspire young women to consider a future in public service and leadership will take place next week (virtually) during the 11th annual Girls’ Day @ City Hall on Thursday, March 25, sponsored by the City of Milwaukee and Alderwoman Milele A. Coggs. Girls’ Day is co-sponsored by Alderwoman Chantia Lewis, Alderwoman Nikiya Dodd, Alderwoman Marina Dimitrijevic and Alderwoman JoCasta Zamarripa.

The event will allow attendees to have the opportunity to virtually meet and be inspired by a number of local leaders. The event will include panel discussions and workshops in addition to opportunities for active engagement and involvement with several public service-oriented organizations and entities focused on young women and led by women.
