Survey Shows Nappers are More Productive

Scott will be happy about this one...

A new research study has shown that people who take naps (just a quick snooze) are more productive. In addition, self-identified nappers seemed to be happier and more confident than non-nappers.

Granted, this is all self-identified, once again, but there's something to be said about the fact that you claim you're a happier person because of napping!

What strikes us is that more than half of the respondents in the survey say that they'd be willing to take a pay cut if they could take quick naps at work.

Another interesting tidbit of the survey described the perfect napping scenario: 1:31PM at 65 degrees.
