It's hard to picture anyone else playing Rachel Greene on "Friends" or someone other than Milo Ventimiglia as Jack Pearson on "This Is Us" because it's almost like the role was made for them. I find it really interesting learning about how they cast certain actors for certain roles. Some of the characters are designed with a specific actor in mind and other roles are created and then out of no where an actor auditions and they're perfect for it. People put together a list of iconic roles that were almost played by someone else so I shared the ones that surprised me the most below.
