I feel like the trendy thing lately has been charcuterie boards...and it's an art form! I will be the first to admit that. If you're not sure of what that is, it's the cheeseboard for the deli meats and jams and fruits that always looks so fancy.
Well, NOW....now, this is something I can get behind because the new trend involves fries and dipping sauces. I'm one of those people that use fries as spoons for aiolis and what not, so this is beautiful.
Basically, you have different types of fries on a board (you know, waffle fries, sweet potato fries, crinkle cut fries, etc...), and then a handful of dipping sauces!
