Harry Styles finally gave fans another taste of his new album over the weekend.
The English crooner delivered a new song called âWatermelon Sugarâ live for the very first time on last nightâs (November 16) broadcast of Saturday Night Live. The 26-year-old took on double duties as both host and musical guest of the late-night comedy program, during which he also performed his comeback single âLights Up.â
True to his name, Styles looked as stylish and classy as ever in his flashy red outfit for the live premiere of his new sticky-sweet ballad, which appears on his upcoming sophomore LP, Fine Line, due out December 13. âTastes like strawberries on a summer eveninâ/ And it sounds just like a song/ I want more berries and that summer feelinâ/ It's so wonderful and warm,â the musician croons in the record, craving for that âWatermelon sugar high.â
The crooner first teased the then-unconfirmed record in October on social media, tweeting, âKiwi walked so Watermelon Sugar could run,â referring to the song that features on his 2017 self-titled debut album.
Stylesâ SNL gig comes just days after he announced his âLove Onâ world tour, which kicks off in the United States and Canada next June. The jaunt will be in support of the former One Direction memberâs next album, which will also be celebrated with a one night only concert at The Forum in Los Angeles on the day of its release.
Tickets for the "Love On Tour" are available for purchase starting Friday, November 22.
