About a month ago, Shannen and her fiance, Adam, took their engagement photos. Unfortunately because it was raining, they weren't able to hit up their intended spot (it was just a park because they...well, Shan...likes to be outdoors). It ended up working in their favor because they got to go to some local gems! Meg (Meg McKenzie Photography) suggested that they start at Stone Creek by the train station, so that's what they did. You can imagine how awkward it was taking photos with a bunch of other people watching you - especially when you have to be "lovey dovey."
After Stone Creek, they moved onto one of their favorite Milwaukee breweries: MobCraft. This place has some of the best beers, so, of course, they HAD to take advantage of that in their photos! Not to mention, this is actually the spot where Adam decided he was going to ask Shan to be his girlfriend. Everyone was super cool at both places! Stone Creek actually saw a picture she tagged them in on Instagram and sent them a congratulations package, and the bartender at MobCraft was so welcoming, and even let them explore the brewery and take photos in the back!
Once again...very awkward because people were constantly watching, and Shan doesn't like PDA in the first place (Adam's such a trooper!). BUT - they got a few good ones!
