Stuff from the '90s That Could Make You Money

Lately, I've been getting into minimizing my clutter - whether that's clothes, DVDs, CDs, etc... I'm constantly trying to revisit and see what I don't need. Well, in case you're like me and are doing a major clean out...according to Marie Claire, these items from the 90's are pretty valuable and could earn you some extra coin. Happy cleaning!

  • Original Furby - One of the most annoying toys in the world, but it's somehow worth $1,000!
  • Harry Potter Books...Original, first edition, hardcovers. - These bad boys were always a favorite to read, and they're worth up to $55,000 (English version) with the print line “10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1" and $6,500 (American version) if it has the print line “1 3 5 7 9 10 8 6 4 2 8 9/9 0/0 01 02” on the copyright page.
  • Beanie Babies - Of COURSE these are on the list. That was originally supposed to pay off my college tuition.
  • Polly Pockets - worth up to a couple hundred bucks a pop!
  • Certain Pokemon cards - Gotta catch 'em all!
  • Baby All Gone - I used to have one of these and completely forgot about her until now! It's worth about $90, so not too shabby.
  • Lite Brite - Like I'd actually give this up...but they're worth up to $80. Nothing to sneeze at.
  • Original Digimon - If you were ever able to keep these things alive, you may have spent like five or ten bucks on them. Now? They're about $205.
  • American Girl Doll (Molly) - So, I had a "Magic Attic Doll" as a kid because I was always trying to chase away the trends and doing my own thing, but if you were more into American Girl Dolls...Molly could score you $4,000!
  • Bop It! - I will admit, I recently searched this game because I wanted to get it again...couldn't find it anywhere. THIS WOULD BE WHY! You'd have to spend like 150 bones on one!
