You know when you go to a fair or something else of the sort and you see something new fried up and you're like, "WOW! THEY DEEP FRY EVERYTHING NOW!" Well buckle up ... because someone deep fried water.

Why? I'm not sure. Maybe just to prove they can do it?
This guy Jonathan Marcus on YouTube posted this video where they basically form a gel around a liquid (frozen reverse spherification) ... in this case, water. He then rolls it in flour, egg, and panko, and then puts it in the deep frier.
I think I'll stick to Deep Fried Oreos instead after hearing his reaction to the finished product...
