Monday morning a portion of Interstate 43/94 eastbound was shutdown after a huge accident that involved a semi trailer crashing into a tow truck. Most shocking of all is that no one was killed in the accident.
The semi's cab separated from its base after the impact, and the trailer flipped on its side, blocking all three lanes of traffic.
The tow truck slammed into the wall, and the driver was trapped in the cab. He was extricated and taken to the hospital for treatment of serious injuries. The entire accident was caught on camera by a Milwaukee County Sherriff officers dash cam.
