Have You Ever Added This to Your Eggs for Fluff?

This morning, we were talking about having breakfast for dinner - which Shan does on the regular. The go-to? Scrambled eggs, potatoes and toast. BUT, I don't put milk in my eggs. Something about that makes me sick...so I avoid the milk. There is a different way for people like me to make the eggs fluffier, however.

Drum roll please...Sour cream.

That's GREAT news because I LOVE sour cream!! According to Delish, adding a dollop of sour cream for every two eggs (you gotta whisk that stuff) gives you an amazing texture. PLUS - adding the sour cream makes them a little richer without giving the eggs that nasty color. The best part about this whole thing is that you usually have sour cream in the fridge, so you don't even need to make an extra stop at the grocery store! That is...unless you forgot the eggs again...
