This weeks First Responder was nominated by Jena Krupp from Burlington. Here's what she had to say about her father, David Krupp:
"I nominated my father, David Krupp for First Responder Friday because he is celebrating his retirement after 30 years, 17 weeks and 2 days as a Police Officer with the City of Burlington Police Department! In his 30 years with the Department, David has been promoted several times throughout his career and will retire as a renowned Detective Sergeant! In addition to his career as a Police Officer, David also served on the local Water Patrol and volunteered with the Burlington Rescue Squad for many years. Thank you for your many years of service dad, our family is so proud of you!"
