Mom Was Right: Skipping Breakfast is Bad For You

A new study from the Journal of the American College of Cardiology says that skipping breakfast could be linked with a risk of dying early from a cardiovascular disease.

The study suggested that skipping breakfast increased the risk of obesity, elevated cholesterol or fats in the blood, high blood pressure, Type 2 diabetes, metabolic syndrome and heart disease. The study had a few flaws in it as far as the people it examined (you can read more on that here), but overall, LISTEN TO YOUR MOTHER and eat your eggs and pancakes in the morning.

Unless - you're doing this because of intermittent fasting. Then, it sounds like the study is on board with that as long as you're doing it safely.
