Everything You Need To Know About Milwaukee Brewers Opening Day

After falling short of making it to the World Series by one game last season there has been a lot of optimism and cheer going into the 2019 season for the Milwaukee Brewers. Finally it is here! Opening Day at Miller Park. Here is every thing you need to know about Opening Day 2019.

The Brewers will open the 2019 season against the St. Louis Cardinals on Thursday, March 28, marking the seventh time in the past eight years that the team will open at Miller Park. The details for Opening Day are set.

Pre Game: Join us at Saz State House on 55th and State Street for the official Ridder, Scott and Shannen Opening Day party. Bar opens at 8am with drink and food specials, plus take the FREE shuttle to and from Miller Park. We will have the prize wheel with great prizes including the limited edition opening day cozies! *Note Ridder, Scott and Shannen show will be live starting at 5am even with bar closed until 8am.

Ticket Availability: A very limited number of tickets have been released that were previously on hold. They are available to the public on a first-come, first-served bases at brewers.com.

Parking Lots: Gates to the parking lots will open at 10:10 a.m. A limited number of parking passes are still available for Opening Day, however the Brewers urge fans to plan ahead and considering other parking/shuttle options for Thursday and all other marquee games at Miller Park like those against the Cubs. Parking passes may be purchased in advance through the Miller Park Box Office, brewers.com or by phone at 414-902-4000. Gates: Miller Park gates will open at 11:10 a.m. CT.

Ceremonial First Pitch: No one has been named yet. Brewers President of Operations says "fans will be surprised." Full details on the first pitch will be announced on Opening Day.

National Anthem: Owner Mark Attanasio's sons Dan and Mike Attanasio, will sing the national anthem. They will carry on the tradition started by their grandfather, Joe Attanasio, who traditionally sang the anthem on Opening Day from the time that the Attanasio family purchased the team.

Giveaway: All Fans in attendance will receive a 2019 magnetic schedule, presented by Palermo’s Frozen Pizza.

First Pitch: Jhoulys Chacín is set to throw the first pitch of the Brewers’ 2019 season at 1:10 p.m. CT
