Elastor, who I would rename Felix or Figaro but that's just me, is a sweet, black & white kitty who is looking for his furever home.
He is a Hidden Treasure at the Wisconsin Humane Society, which means he just needs a little time to come out of his shell.
Since Elastor is so shy, he would be best in a house with kids over 8 or no kids at all.
