Bailey is one B.A. female Program Director in the radio industry, and let me tell you ... she is a freaking great time! We got to hang a little more a couple weekends back at the Susan G. Komen walk, and it made me love her even more. She's so fun, and she has a big heart which shows through even more when she talks about a huge event coming up this weekend with her station, V100.7 ... Sister Strut.
There's so much that goes on at the event that I wanted Bailey to come by and talk about it for Women Crushing It Wednesday. She told me a story about a girl named Brittany who randomly decided to get a screening at the event last year, and how it completely changed her life.
We also talked about Bailey's family (she has 40 something nieces & nephews!), all of the markets she's worked in, and what lady she looks up to. Oh ... and did I mention that Charlamagne tha God mentioned her in his NY Times bestselling book?!? YEA .... that's how cool and respected this lady is.
