I'm a sucker for some good chip dip, and Claudia's recipe seemed to hit the spot! It's easy, and perfect for barbecue/tailgate season!
Loaded Potato Chip Dip
- 2 cups of sour cream
- 2 cups of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 3-4 green onions chopped
- 10 slices of bacon crisp
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Refrigerate
- Garnish with onions, cheese and bacon.
