About 64,000 adults were analyzed in a recent study to find that workouts on the weekends are just as effective as working out every day of the week. The study was done through Loughborough University and the University of Sydney. Apparently, there wasn't much of a difference between working out two days versus seven. The study basically reinforced that people just need to work out in general for cardiovascular health. Click here for more info on the story.
