Jordy Nelson named Comeback Player of the Year

While he's injured right now and his status for Sunday's NFC Championship game is in doubt... there's no doubt that Jordy Nelson has had an amazing career year!

Last year in the pre-season Nelson suffered a season-ending knee injury and this season has come back to lead the NFL with 14 receiving touchdowns.

Aside from the touchdowns he caught 97 passes for 1,257 yards. Nelson finished in the fifth in the NFL in receptions and sixth in receiving yards.

And just today was named the NFL's COMEBACK PLAYER OF THE YEAR
