Are you still eating those Thanksgiving leftovers?? According to Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, bacteria that causes food poisoning occur most often during the holidays: especially turkey and roast beef.
AKA - be careful with your leftovers! Store your food safely! Make sure that it doesn't sit out for more than two hours. It's better to store the food in several SMALL containers rather than one large one because it takes longer for the food to cool. If stored properly, the food can last up to three or four days (fridge). If you freeze it, they can last up to three or four months! Just make sure to label the expiration date!
