This week's "First Responder Friday" was nominated by Jackie Ratelle from Waukesha. Here's what she had to say about Darrin Kmichik:
"Darrin is one of the most caring, selfless outgoing people i know. He was my foster dad when i was younger and took care of myself and my 2 sisters. He was always up for anything and teaching us to be good people at such a young age. In a system where there's so much corruption, Darrin was one of the greatest foster dads that we could have had. He and his wonderful wife are the best."
