Scotty McCreery took time out of his schedule to meet with one of his biggest fans in North Carolina, Dustin Chapman, who suffers from a disease that affects his esophagus and has no known cure. Dustin actually performed one of his original songs for Scotty, and then, Scotty sang his song, "See You Tonight."
